There were some issues with delivery due to Royal Mail strikes, but Olivia could not have done anymore to ensure that the necklace reached me. The customer service is exceptional which is rare these days and I would highly recommend Olivia and products.

Care instructions
All Love,Mibbi jewellery is water resistant but not waterproof. To ensure your item remains in perfect condition, please avoid contact with water or chemicals.
A dry, soft cloth or specialised jewellery polishing cloth may be used infrequently on metal jewellery pieces to keep them nice and shiny.

Gift wrapping and packaging
All Love, Mibbi items are sent in attractive and protective packaging, suitable for gift giving. Please contact me if you have any specific request regarding gift wrapping or personalised gift note.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All Love,Mibbi orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class for UK orders, or Standard Airmail for international shipping. Additional expedited shipping can be purchased for faster tracked international shipping. Please see shop listings for details.

Yes, I charge a flat rate postage cost per order, regardless of the number of items purchased.
Love, Mibbi Environmental policy
Being environmentally conscious is a key aspect of my small business. Wherever possible I operate a zero-waste policy and ensure that each stage of business from admin to order packing and posting is as eco-friendly as possible. All of our packaging and branding materials are recyclable and compostable, and our tissue paper is naturally dyed and is 100% biodegradable. Any waste generated during order production is recycled locally, and orders are batch shipped to reduce emissions from transportation.
Responding to COVID-19
My studio, tools and packing environment are sanitised numerous times a day. The studio is limited to one person only (practising excellent hygiene and hand sanitising) at any one time to reduce risk of contamination. All materials are stored sanitarily, safely and sourced from responsible and ethical sources. All postal drop offs for orders are contactless.
